Ponzano, 9 February 2009 – h. 05:55 p.m. Benetton Group communicates that on 2 February 2009 the Company purchased a total number of 35,000 Benetton ordinary shares at the average price of Euro 5.485, for a total value of Euro 191,983.10.
Following the purchase announced today, Benetton Group holds a total amount of 10,315,910 treasury shares, equal to 5.647% of the share capital.
